Healthy Rice Crispy Treats (seriously!)

Ingredients
1/4 Cup crunchy natural peanut butter (no salt or sugar added)
1/4 Cup local honey
2 Tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
2 tsp flax meal
4-5 Cups rice crispy cereal
2/3 Cup sliced almonds
2/3 Cup dried fruit (I used dried cherries, cranberries, and blueberries)

The How To
Melt the peanut butter and honey in a large pot over medium/low heat. Mix ingredient in order stirring between each one.

Line a 9×13 pan with parchment paper (no grease necessary!!) press the mixture in using the bottom of a measuring cup. Make sure the mixture is pressed in firm, but don’t smash it.

Chill mixture in fridge for 30min – an hour before serving. Store airtight for 5 days.

I just can’t stop eating these treats!!!
